The Scholl Chair at CSIS is partnering with the U.S. Philippines Society to host a conference on the global maritime industry and specifically the role that the United States and the Philippines can play in commerce and maritime governance.
As the Trans-Pacific Partnership comes closer to its conclusion as international commercial networks deepen, understanding the workings of maritime commerce will become increasingly important.
