CSIS hosted a discussion with Dora Bakoyannis, the foreign minister of Greece, on the transformation of Southeastern Europe. Minister Bakoyannis delivered remarks and took questions from the audience. CSIS Trustee and Counselor Brent Scowcroft (right) delivered the introduction and Dr. John Hamre, the president and CEO of CSIS, moderated the event.
