CSIS hosted a Statesmen's Forum with Prime Minister of Lithuania, Gediminas Kirkilas, on transatlantic relations. Stephen Flanagan, CSIS Senior Vice President, introduced the Prime Minister and moderated the event. Prime Minister Kirkilas took questions from the audience.
