Project on National Security Reform

The Beyond Goldwater-Nichols Project at CSIS sponsored an all-day conference of the Project on National Security Reform. The conference featured several panels and two keynote addresses, the first from Brent Scowcroft, former national security advisor, and the second from Mike McConnell, the director of national intelligence.
