Statesmen's Forum: Haris Silajdžić, President of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Dr. Haris Silajdzic, a member of the three-person presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, gave a speech at CSIS as part of its Statesmen's Forum series. Dr. John J. Hamre, president and CEO of CSIS, introduced Dr. Silajdzic, while Janusz Bugajski, director of its New European Democracies Project (NEDP), moderated the event.
