President Obama's Trip to Prague, the START Treaty, and the Nuclear Security Summit

The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) hosted a press briefing on President Obama’s upcoming trip to Prague, the new START Treaty, and the mid-April nuclear security summit in Washington, D.C.  The briefing also covered President Obama’s working lunch with central and eastern European heads of state.
