Business-Judicial Roundtable for IPR Enforcement
Purpose: To share the experience of private sector leaders whose businesses depend upon intellectual property rights (IPR) enforcement with judges responsible for adjudicating IPR disputes.
Circumstances: This roundtable session is set in Slovakia, and will address current IPR issues in Slovakia with Slovak judges. Business leaders and experts from Slovakia, elsewhere in the EU, the US, and NGOs will participate. Participants from other Central and Eastern European countries have been invited in order that the roundtable might serve as a model for similar roundtables in their countries.
