Post-Durban Update
The CSIS Energy and National Security Program hosted a post-Durban briefing from Jonathan Pershing, Deputy Special Envoy for Climate Change, U.S. Department of State. Dr. Pershing provided an update on the latest round of climate negotiations under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change that recently took place in Durban, South Africa and offer some thoughts on next steps. Sarah O. Ladislaw, Senior Fellow, CSIS Energy and National Security Program, moderated the event.
