Iraq's New Government, A Kurdish View

Qubad J. Talabany, representative of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government to the U.S., gave a speech titled, "Iraq's New Government: Key Players, Issues, and Direction — A Kurdish View".
