The Banyan Tree Leadership Forum with Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam

Wednesday, October 1, 2014 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

His Excellency Pham Binh Minh, deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs for Vietnam will discuss the current state of affairs in his nation and the evolving comprehensive partnership between Vietnam and the United States. 

Foreign Minister Minh's remarks will be followed by a roundtable discussion with a panel of experts to officially launch CSIS's recent report, A New Era in U.S.-Vietnam Relations: Deepening Ties Two Decades after Normalization. They will discuss the political, economic, and people-to-people ties between the two nations, and the way forward.
