Prospects for Progress in Angola

Mr. Isaías Samakuva, president of the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA), will discuss the evolution of the democratic process in Angola and prospects for the upcoming elections. He will outline the obstacles and opportunities moving forward, and offer his perspective on how to advance political and economic relations between the United States and Angola.
