The Outlook for Acquisition Reform in 2016

This event discusses the major issues that have surfaced in recent defense acquisition reform discussions. Particularly the speakers will address the proposed Acquisition Agility Act introduced by HASC Chairman Mac Thornberry, including how to integrate prototyping, open systems approaches for design and intellectual property, and adaptability, into defense acquisition.
