Engaging Indian States: CSIS Website Launch and Reception
The world's first interactive knowledge hub for tracking political and socioeconomic progress in all Indian States
The Wadhwani Chair in U.S.-India Policy Studies at CSIS cordially invites you to the launch of its new interactive website, Engaging Indian States. Engaging Indian States is a knowledge portal which tracks significant developments in India’s states and provides context and analysis. We designed the site to be a comprehensive tool for businesses, research institutions, policymakers, and journalists who seek greater insight into the potential for engagement with India’s subnational governments.
While the focus of international engagement with India has primarily been the central government, the trajectory of India’s economic growth is dependent on the actions and vision of its state governments. Engaging Indian States will help readers to follow state policy and regulatory changes in key sectors identified as critical to India’s growth.

Thompson, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Transformation, Bureau of Energy Resources, and Rick Rossow, Senior Adviser and Wadhwani Chair in U.S.-India Policy Studies, CSIS will host a catered reception with an opportunity for guests to interact with Engaging Indian States.
