Allegra Dawes is an associate fellow with the Energy Security and Climate Change Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Previously, Allegra worked in the financial services sector covering companies within the energy sector. She holds a MSc in political economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BS in mathematics and political science from Union College.
