Anita Kirschenbaum

Anita Kirschenbaum is a program manager with the Global Food and Water Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, she oversees the program’s partnerships, development, budget, and conferencing, and she supports the program’s research agenda. Her research interests include climate adaptation, global nutrition, water security, and the many intersections between. Prior to joining CSIS, Anita supported research and communications for the Latin America Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. She has additional research experience exploring rights-based policy reforms in Latin America and the state of water, sanitation, and hygiene services in Yemen. Anita holds a BA in government and global studies from Colby College.
