Carolina Andrada

Carolina Inés Andrada is a research associate for the Global Health Policy Center at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she supports the HIV/AIDS and immunizations portfolios. Her research interests include global health security governance, health systems strengthening, pandemic preparedness, Latin American regionalism, and climate change and health. Prior to her work at CSIS, Ms. Andrada worked on access to essential medicines at the Pan American Health Organization and Latin American health security at the Georgetown University Center for Global Health Science and Security and was as a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. Ms. Andrada holds an MS in science and technology in international affairs from Georgetown University, as well as a BA in international relations from Johns Hopkins University.
