Catharine Mouradian

Catharine (Katya) Mouradian is a program manager and research associate with the Economics Program and Scholl Chair in International Business. Before joining CSIS, she studied in Brussels and concurrently interned at an economic intelligence and global consulting firm. Her work has focused on the European Union and technology ecosystem in the transatlantic context, including the geopolitics of semiconductor supply chains. Katya previously interned in the Senate, where she worked on issues related to foreign affairs, defense, and cryptocurrency. She holds a BA in international studies and a minor in history from American University.
