Charles Chibambo is an expert on emerging market policy design and implementation with a focus on energy security, geopolitics, and climate change. His policy design approach is based on creating bottom-up strategies, stemming from his background work in overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works in the private sector and government-funded projects. He is presently partner and CEO of Site Engineering, a sustainable infrastructure and technology engineering firm. He holds an MS in leadership and change management from Leeds Metropolitan University, a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Malawi – the Polytechnic, and studied technology policy and management at the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, focusing on energy and geopolitics, public-private partnerships, international macroeconomics, finance, public budgeting, and managerial leadership.
