Christian Hyde

Christian Hyde is an associate director with the Congressional and Government Affairs team at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, he promotes CSIS's engagement with members of Congress and their staff, working closely with the full spectrum of CSIS programs and experts. Christian facilitates private briefings, public events, and congressional testimony of CSIS experts, as well as the strengthening of connections between CSIS programs and the federal government. Christian holds an MA in international relations with a focus on U.S. national security and emerging technology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where he was a public service fellow. He also holds a BA in international relations and political economy from Tulane University. Christian is a native of New Orleans, LA.
