
Christine Brazeau is the chief of staff for the Defense and Security Department at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Prior to this role, she was program manager for the Smart Women, Smart Power Initiative and outreach manager for ISP, and prior to that she was development coordinator and executive assistant to the chief development officer in the Office of Development at CSIS. Previously, Ms. Brazeau worked for She’s the First, a nonprofit organization supporting girls’ education in developing nations. She also worked for generationOn, a Points of Light subsidiary, where she developed campaigns to promote family volunteerism in the New York City area. Before joining CSIS, Christine was a graduate assistant at Seton Hall University where she pursued her M.A. in diplomacy and international relations with specializations in foreign policy analysis and global health and human security. Christine also holds a B.A. from Hofstra University in public relations.
