Deborah D. Stroman

Deborah Dawkins Stroman is a part-time special assistant with the Office of Human Resources at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Ms. Stroman previously served as a special assistant to Mr. Arnaud de Borchgrave with the CSIS Transnational Threats Project from 2000 to 2015. Prior to that, she was an elementary and middle school teacher in the District of Columbia for 26 years. Ms. Stroman graduated from Howard University with a bachelor of arts and a master of education in elementary education.
