Devi Nair

Devi Nair is an associate director and associate fellow in the International Security Program at CSIS. In this position, she provides research and program support to the Defending Democratic Institutions project. Her research looks at cyber and cyber-enabled disinformation operations aimed at undermining the justice system and the rule of law. Prior to working at CSIS, her primary areas of study were conflict ethics, U.S. military exit strategies, and humanitarian interventions. Devi holds an A.B. in government and comparative religion from Harvard College, and an M.T.S. degree in religion, ethics, and politics from Harvard Divinity School.
