Elyse Huang

Elyse Huang is the associate director of the Trustee Chair in Chinese Business and Economics at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She gained extensive experience in diplomatic work while working with the U.S. and British missions in China. She is committed to international communication and collaboration in the policy, academic, and public spheres. She holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. Her dissertation focused on digital diplomacy in Chinese social media. She also holds an MA from the University of Missouri and a BA from the Communication University of China.
