Fizah Mirza is deputy director with the Office of Human Resources at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She handles everything related to benefits that CSIS offers to employees, manages the human resource information systems, and handles various administrative tasks including payroll for all employees at CSIS. She previously worked as an HR generalist for a tech company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in human resources.
