J. Caleb Johnson

Caleb Johnson is the co-founder and managing principal of Harbor Policy, LLC, a strategic advisory firm that works with venture investors and their portfolio companies, and of Harbor Macro Strategies, LLC, a quantitative global macro hedge fund. Previously, Caleb was a director at AQR Capital Management, one of the world’s largest quantitative investment managers. Prior to joining AQR, Mr. Johnson was assistant director for strategic planning at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and associate director of the Center’s Transnational Threats Project. Caleb serves on the board of directors of the Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute, a non-profit public interest law firm that has won tens of millions of dollars for consumers and shareholders and set legal precedents that safeguard consumers and investors.
