Jenna Manders is the director of human resources at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, Jenna leads and overseas the policies, activities, and staff of the Office of Human Resources. She also works with senior leaders on strategic human resource initiatives, policy development, and talent acquisition and retention, along with compensation, legal compliance, benefits administration, and labor relations. Jenna has worked at CSIS since 2013, except for a one-year break in 2017 when she worked at Red Coats, Inc., as an HR specialist focused on recruitment. She has worked her way up from HR assistant to her current position. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore.
