Kelsey Hartman

Kelsey Hartman serves as a publications manager at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, Kelsey edits short- and long-form CSIS publications and more generally supports the organization’s publication processes. She previously edited academic journal articles for the Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute, interned with the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, and taught English in eastern Europe and the Middle East. Kelsey holds a BA in peace and conflict studies and journalism from UC Berkeley and an MA in international relations from the University of Bremen. She joined CSIS in April 2024.
