Maggie McCarten-Gibbs is a program manager with the Global Health Policy Center at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), with a primary focus on HIV. Prior to joining CSIS, Ms. McCarten-Gibbs worked on the SHOPS Plus project, USAID’s flagship initiative in private sector health, supporting country programs in Nepal, Pakistan, and Nigeria. She holds an M.P.P. focusing on global health from Georgetown University and a B.A. in public affairs and anthropology from Seattle University.
