Mariel de la Garza

Mariel de la Garza is an associate developer in the iDeas Lab at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she works closely with research programs and department staff to develop and implement media-rich and immersive digital experiences. Mariel is passionate about using technology to communicate public policy research and data in an accessible and engaging way. She holds a BS in political science from Texas A&M University, a JD from the University of Texas School of Law, a certificate in software engineering from Flatiron School, and is currently working toward a BS in computer science.
