Quill Robinson

Quill Robinson is a senior program manager and associate fellow with the Energy Security and Climate Change Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. He is also a senior adviser with ConservAmerica and a Clean Energy Leadership Institute fellow. Previously, Quill served as the vice president of government affairs at the American Conservation Coalition, a national nonprofit focused on mobilizing young Americans behind market-based climate solutions. He has extensive experience working with senior members of Congress, the nonprofit community, and the private sector to craft bipartisan climate and energy policy, including hosting events at COP26 and COP27. Quill was raised in Seattle, where he attended the University of Washington. He is pursuing an MA in global security studies at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on energy and environmental policy.
