Talia Dubovi
Talia Dubovi is interim CEO of Humanity in Action. Talia was previously vice president and director of the Diversity and Leadership in International Affairs Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Prior to that, she was associate vice president and deputy director of the Office of External Relations at CSIS, after serving as deputy director of CSIS’s Global Health Policy Center. Talia spent six years working in Congress, where she covered a wide range of foreign policy and national security issues. She is a fellow with the Truman National Security Project and was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations from 2015 to 2020. She holds a BA from Amherst College and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
