Terry is the CRM manager at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, he oversees the customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing systems. Previously, Terry worked in federal IT consulting, helping the Department of Veterans Affairs update and replace legacy IT systems. Terry holds a BS in computer science from Tulane University and joined CSIS in February 2018.
