Yinuo Geng is a business leader and researcher focused on the ways in which companies, societies, and individuals engage and interact with emerging technologies. She is a managing vice president at Gartner, an S&P 500 company that provides insights and advice to business and technology leaders, where she leads a global team focused on digital workplaces. She is also an adjunct fellow, non-resident, with the Strategic Technologies Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a fellow, non-resident, and advisory council member with the Center on National Security at Georgetown University Law Center. She has written extensively on topics such as technology competition, AI transparency, deepfake regulatory comparisons, and public-private roles in managing technology risks. She also has experience speaking and presenting at global conferences. Yinuo Geng holds a master of law and technology from Georgetown University Law Center, an MA in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA with honors from the University of Toronto. The views expressed are her own.
