In this podcast, Dan, Bonnie, and Kimberly discuss the role of technology and knowledge-sharing in reducing post-harvest loss in developing countries. Beyond the challenge of feeding the growing population, the conversation focuses on the importance of nutrition and improving diets in order to avoid negative health outcomes.
