Join Ethan Zindler (Head of Americas, Bloomberg New Energy Finance; and nonresident Senior Associate, CSIS Energy & National Security Program), Scott Miller (Senior Adviser, CSIS), and Kevin Book (Managing Director, Clearview Energy Partners; and nonresident Senior Associate, CSIS Energy & National Security Program) as they discuss the economic and legal components of the case and its repercussions for the U.S. solar sector and trade relations.
