The Institutional Integrity project examines the potential and responsible role of Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security federal forces in U.S. presidential election and transition contexts. Specifically, this project aims to illuminate the authorities, policies, processes, institutional norms, and historical precedents that guide federal force deployments.
