The Europe program hosts a series of bilateral dialogues between the United States and its European partners
The U.S.–France Bilateral Dialogue was created in 2004 to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between France and the United States. This biannual off-the-record event brings together senior U.S. and French foreign and security policy leaders for an in-depth and candid exchange of views on the most pressing issues on the global agenda.

The CSIS Europe Program and the Polish Institute of International Affairs are hosting a series of bilateral seminars on foreign policy issues of joint U.S. and EU interest. Topics to date include the Eastern Partnership and U.S., Polish, and German policies toward Russia.
