This Track 2 initiative, cohosted by the CSIS Russia and Eurasia Program and the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), brings together a broad range of Russian and American scholars, including but not limited to RIAC and CSIS representatives, to think through critical issues in U.S.-Russia relations, define paths forward that meet the needs of both countries, and collaboratively develop actionable recommendations for policymakers.
