The CSIS Congressional Foresight Initiative is co-directed by Elizabeth Hoffman, Director of CSIS Congressional and Government Affairs, and Fellow, and Erol Yayboke, Director of the CSIS Project on Fragility and Mobility and Senior Fellow with the International Security Program. The objective of this series is to enhance congressional staff’s understanding of long-range trends and key changes in the global environment affecting U.S. and international security.
