On July 20, J. Stephen Morrison, Senior Vice President and Director of the Global Health Policy Center @CSIS joined with Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi, South African Minister of Health, and Ambassador Deborah Birx, U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator & U.S. Special Representative for Global Health Diplomacy, for a remarkably rich, candid and extended conversation on the South Africa-US partnership in battling HIV/AIDS, which is arguably the pivotal dimension of bilateral relations between our two countries.
