The Aerospace Security Project regularly publishes multifaceted analysis on trends in the space domain, encompassing civil, commercial, and national security space activities. Analysis varies, but consistently focuses on U.S. national security space policy, counterspace weapons, norms of behavior, civil space programs and partnerships, and revolutionary commercial technologies. ASP experts also specialize in and publish analysis on air dominance and long-range strike, such as uncrewed systems, battle networks, and the force structure and fleet of the U.S. Air Force.
The 2023 Space Threat Assessment covers the growing counterspace capabilities of China, Russia, India, Iran, North Korea, and others. It also features an in-depth analysis of Russia's battlefield employment of counterspace weapons in Ukraine.
