The CSIS Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Program is producing a five-part audio interview series on the intelligence challenges of counterterrorism before and after September 11, 2001. This series features the Honorable Charles E. Allen, a forty year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency, who served most recently as Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Rick “Ozzie” Nelson, director of the Homeland Security and Counterterrorism Program, serves as the discussant for these interviews.
