Debating Japan

In the 27th issue of Debating Japan, Taisuke Abiru, senior research fellow at the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, and Wrenn Yennie Lindgren, senior research fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, assess whether Japan should fully divest from Russian energy.
