While the U.S. has enjoyed decades of leadership in technology and innovation, the fruits of that activity are not shared evenly. Many Americans face significant obstacles which prevent them from participating in the innovation economy. If the U.S. is to compete globally, it must ensure all its citizens have a shared stake in the innovation ecosystem.
