Mr. Manuel Arroyo is President of the ASEAN Business Unit. He is responsible for the Company's operations across the 9 countries that comprise the division, including Thailand; the Philippines; Indonesia; Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia; Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. 

James Blackwell, Executive Vice President, Technology and Services, Chevron Corporation
James R. (Jim) Blackwell is executive vice president, technology and services, for Chevron Corporation a position he assumed in March 2011. In this position, Blackwell is responsible for the oversight of technology at Chevron. Ralph “Skip” Boyce has been President of Boeing Southeast Asia of the Boeing Company since February 2008, based in Singapore. Prior to joining Boeing Mr. Boyce served as a Career Member of the United States Senior Foreign Service. He served as the United States Ambassador to Thailand from January 2005 to December 2007.

George David joined United Technologies in 1975 and was elected its President and Chief Operating officer in 1992, Chief Executive Officer in 1994, and Chairman in 1997.  He left the CEO position in 2008 after 14 years and retired from UTC at the end of 2009 as its chairman.
