Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to a program start date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 14-30 days of the program start date will incur a fee equal to 25% of the paid tuition.
Cancellations made within 13 days of the program start date will incur a fee equal to 50% of the paid tuition.
Cancellations on or after the first day of the program are subject to forfeiture of the total tuition paid.

If you are unable to attend a program, you may substitute your enrollment for one of your employees without penalty. All substitution information must be submitted to a member of staff one week before the course start date. CSIS reserves the right to accept or reject an alternate attendee for offerings that require a minimum level of experience or qualifications.
