Climate Change

Addressing the complex challenges of global climate change to build a safer, prosperous, equitable, and sustainable future.

Despite clear signs of progress, the world is not currently prepared to address the causes and consequences of a changing global climate.

CSIS focuses on strategies to address global climate change trends and manage its increasingly disruptive impacts. We take a bipartisan approach to understanding the different systems, stakeholders, and institutions engaged in addressing climate change.

Notable projects: Climate Solutions Series, Energy Transitions: Low-Carbon Pathways for Growth and Sustainability, Climate Smart Foreign Policy, [re]GENERATION
