The Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) special negotiation meetings were held in Delhi between February 8–11. CSIS experts speak about addressing critical challenges in supply chain resilience, taxation, clean energy, and governance to further U.S.-India relations.

While there have been significant developments in the U.S. offshore wind sector, the pace of development remains slow. Reaching 30 gigawatts by 2030 will require significant policy and industry efforts, supply chain development, and regional collaboration.
