Trevor Allred is a learning and development associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he leads organizational effectiveness efforts and coleads a leadership program, The Accelerator Series. He brings over a decade of experience in continuing education, leadership, and organizational development. Trevor’s career began in 2014 managing a mentorship program for nontraditional and first-year college students. His passion for learning led him to cofound a cultural center for storytelling where he led strategic partnerships and a small team to produce over 150 education programs in the organization’s first year. Before joining CSIS in 2022, he worked at Harvard Business Publishing delivering leadership development programs for high-profile clients such as Apple, Grupo Financiero Banorte, and Hilton. Trevor holds a bachelor of arts and master of arts in English from California State University, Fullerton and is completing a master of science in organizational leadership at Johns Hopkins University.
