Brett Baptist
Brett Baptist is a business strategy and operations leader whose career spans management consulting, operational leadership, and academics. As a partner at Boston Consulting Group, he advises investors and corporate executives on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation, with a sector focus on consumer and private equity. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Baptist also teaches a graduate management course at New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he has been an adjunct professor since 2020. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA in letters, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Oklahoma.
